供應(yīng)鏈條與鏈輪的嚙合沖擊力
同時以降低高速傳動過程中鏈條的波動量和鏈條與鏈輪的嚙合沖擊力及提高從動輪運轉(zhuǎn)的平穩(wěn)性為基本原則,進行了新型滾子鏈鏈輪齒形的研究。以滾子在齒根圓上作純滾動為前提,得出了新型鏈輪的外擺線方程;利用包絡(luò)線求等距線的方法,推導(dǎo)出了新型鏈輪的齒廓方程;參照國標(biāo)鏈輪的設(shè)計,得到了外擺等距線鏈輪的設(shè)計方法。
其次,基于三維建模技術(shù)建立了GB1244-85標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏈輪、日本JIS B 1801-90標(biāo)準(zhǔn)鏈輪、外擺等距線鏈輪及與它們相配套的傳統(tǒng)滾子鏈傳動模型。通過在ADAMS中添加旋轉(zhuǎn)副、驅(qū)動力等約束,建立了以上三種滾子傳動系統(tǒng)的多剛體系統(tǒng)動力學(xué)模型。完成了主動鏈輪轉(zhuǎn)速為1000-8000r/min時的仿真實驗,并從理論上提出了修正新型鏈輪齒形的方法。
